Projects Change. Every Change Should Be Explained.
Requirements may adjust and those involved may change. We write the scope, cost, data, acceptance and handover into the records of each stage, so that both parties know where the project has gone and what to do next.
01 / How to advance the project
Align on These Six Issues Before They Cause Disputes.
Project situations vary, but the ideas for handling these things are the same.
- 01
Who is responsible for project progress?
At the beginning of the project, we will identify the owner. Daily progress, undecided matters and risks that have arisen are all organized by him. Key decisions formed during the discussion will also be recorded in the project records in a timely manner.
- 02
How will the data be used?
Before corporate data is handed over to the project, we will explain which data will be used, who will need access, and where the system will be deployed. When you need to access the account, the permissions are only limited to the scope required to complete the work.
- 03
If the demand changes, how to calculate the cost?
It is not uncommon for requirements to change during a project. We will explain together what has changed, how much more work will be required, and how much additional time and expense will be required. Work within the original scope will still be performed according to the original quotation.
- 04
By what standards will the results be accepted?
Acceptance criteria are not left to be discussed on an ad hoc basis before launch. Which business scenarios need to be run through and which system version is checked will be included in the acceptance list in advance; problems discovered and re-inspection results will also be left in the record.
- 05
How to continue after personnel adjustment?
Occasionally, personnel will be adjusted, so the project cannot be started from scratch. The current progress, to-do items, key decisions, code and data will be handed over together, and the next person will continue to work along the existing records.
- 06
What does the company get after the project ends?
At the end of the project, the business gets more than just a system that can be opened. The runnable version, deployment configuration, test and acceptance records, as well as the code, accounts and documents agreed to be handed over will be listed in the delivery list.
02 / Leave written evidence
Keep Scope, Cost, Acceptance, and Handover in Writing.
The customer already has the procurement document, so we will continue to write it in the original format and complete the content agreed upon by both parties.
- 01
Scope and Plan
What is accomplished in this issue, what content is not included in this issue, and what is delivered in each stage.
- 02
quotation
What work each expense corresponds to, when it will be paid, and what the impact of changes in scope will be.
- 03
Acceptance Checklist
In which scenarios should it be checked, which version should be used, how to calculate a pass, and how to record problems.
- 04
delivery list
How to transfer the system, code, deployment configuration, account and project data respectively.
03 / Basis that can be viewed
See the Full Process on the Website.
