Browsing, Contact, and Demos Use Different Data.

This policy applies to 自媒科技（广州）有限公司 The website and the sandbox and demo on the page. The data rules of customer projects are subject to the actual system, supplier and project documents confirmed by both parties.

The website currently does not have accounts, online forms, file uploads, comments, payments or marketing subscriptions. See the next section for information processing of active communication outside the site.

This site does not use advertising tools or access logs to create advertising profiles. Google Analytics is enabled by default to aggregate public-page and key-action activity and can be stopped at any time; see Section 4 for scope and opt-out.

When you contact us by phone, email, WeChat or existing channels, we will receive your proactive contact person, company and position, project scope, planned time, existing information and communication records.

This information is only used to respond to inquiries, arrange communication, prepare plans and quotations; after the cooperation is confirmed, the access scope, processing environment, third-party services, storage period and data return method will be written into the project agreement.

Contacting the project does not constitute consent to disclosure. Customer names, business scenarios, project information, screenshots, technical details and effect information can only be disclosed after written confirmation.

After the project is no longer continued, the storage purpose is completed, or a deletion request is made in accordance with the law, we will handle it in accordance with the applicable rules; unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

The sandbox and demos use independently created, non-customer data and preset workflows. They do not connect to customer systems. Sandbox parameters are calculated only in the current browser and are not stored on the server or sent to a model or external business service.

Sandbox parameters, simulation results, demo content, and page choices are not included in anonymous measurement; while analytics is active, only the anonymous allowlisted events described in the next section are recorded.

This site only records anonymous key steps in the whitelist, which is used to understand the visitor’s process from viewing scenes, services and demos to opening materials or starting contact.

Records include event names and sequences, random anonymous numbers, page and touch point codes, screen positions, coarse-grained sources, and scene, service, demo, information or contact channel codes in the whitelist. Pre-registered non-personalized event codes may also be logged.

The record does not contain sandbox parameters, deduction results, demo materials and choices, nor does it contain free text, name, phone number, email address, company name, complete website address, query parameters, source address, IP address or browser identifier. Fields outside the whitelist will be rejected.

The current tab temporarily stores the anonymous ID, activity time, and event sequence in sessionStorage. It expires after 30 minutes without a new event, eight hours after creation, or when the tab closes. This part of the measurement does not set cookies, persistent identifiers, or cross-device identifiers.

This site loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, by default to aggregate low-cardinality allowlisted business events for public pages and key actions. The Google tag does not load or continue sending after you choose Stop or when the browser sends GPC/DNT.

Only registered codes for events, pages, touchpoints, language, screen-size class, coarse source class, and the relevant scenario, service, demo, resource, or contact channel are sent to Google. Page addresses are limited to safe paths without query parameters or fragments. The site’s anonymous journey ID, event ID, raw campaign value, referrer URL, form contents, contact details, and free text are not sent. Google may still derive device, browser, network, and approximate-location information from the request. According to Google, IP addresses are used at collection time to determine approximate location and the nearest collection node, then discarded before data is written to Analytics.

Google Analytics sets first-party session cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish the current browser session. This site limits the cookie to the current browser session and does not enable Google Signals, advertising, remarketing, or personalization. Choosing Stop immediately updates consent with Google to denied, stops subsequent events, and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies under the site’s current domain.

Anonymous measurements are available by default and can be stopped or resumed at any time via page privacy selections.This site does not log measurement events when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal.

The selection results will be saved in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) until modified again or cleared by the browser; there are only “allow” or “stop” and do not include the user number.

Hosting and network services may record IP addresses, access times, page addresses, browser information, source pages, and error or security logs, which are only used for website operation and security and will not be entered into project communication materials.

This site does not set login or advertising cookies; see Section 4 for the Google Analytics first-party session cookie and browser storage used for anonymous browsing and analytics preferences.The business sandbox and capability demo will not call third-party model services. The processing of information after leaving this site is determined by the destination website.

If online forms, support, accounts, file uploads, new analytics methods, or other third-party processing capabilities are enabled later, we will update this policy in advance and provide a choice where required. Updates to this website policy do not automatically change the data responsibilities for customer projects.

To access, copy, correct, supplement or delete personal information, restrict or object to specific processing, learn about processing rules or transfer personal information in accordance with the law, please send an email tosupport@zimeiai.com, and explain the relevant visit or communication background.

We only use the minimum information required to verify the requester and the scope of processing, and process it in a timely manner in accordance with the law; if we are unable to perform it, we will explain the reasons. You can also complain, report or seek judicial relief in accordance with the law. Please do not include passwords, keys, complete production data, or material that you do not have permission to disclose with your request.
